Assign Candidates to Staff
If particular staff members are responsible for overseeing and managing certain candidates, those candidates can be assigned to the appropriate staff members. An email notification can also be sent to staff members to alert them when a candidate has been assigned to them.
Candidates can be assigned to staff members when you Process Inquiries or Process Applications. If the application form is used, candidates can be assigned to staff members in the Needs Checklist task.

Go to the candidate's detail page.

Go to the Record menu.

Edit the Candidate Information section.

Select the appropriate staff member from Admissions Staff .

Select Save.

From the persona menu, select Enrollment management.

Select Re-Assign Candidates under Candidate.

In the filter options, select the appropriate year and staff member.

Select View.
-
For each candidate, select the appropriate staff member from the Admissions Staff dropdown.

Select Save & Exit.

From the persona menu, select Enrollment management.

Next, select Communication, then Notifications.

Select Admissionsfrom the Category dropdown.

Select View.
-
Select Edit next to the "Candidate Assigned" notification.

Enter the following information:

Name: Use this field to change the name of the notification.

Active: Uncheck this checkbox if the notification should never be sent.

Reply E-mail: Enter an email address to which users can reply.

From Name: Enter the name of the sender (e.g. the school’s name).

Placeholders: Use the available placeholders to help personalize the notification.

Subject: Enter a subject line for the notification.

Body: Using the available placeholders, enter the body of the email message.

Select Save & Exit.
