Contract Types

(Re)enrollment managers must create contract types before they can create contracts. Contract types help organize the contracts and keep similar contracts grouped together throughout the years. Think of these as labels that you manually create and then apply to contract forms as they're being created. So you create them here, then apply them from the Contract Types field in the Contract form settings.

For each contract type, (re)enrollment managers will create one contract per academic year. (Re)enrollment managers then assign a contract type to each candidate/student to ensure the appropriate contract is generated for each constituent.

From Enrollment management, select Enrollment, Contracts, and choose Manage contract forms.
