Reconcile Fees
With Reconcile Fees, admissions managers and staff can view the fee details to ensure that the correct payment was processed or waived. Failed payments also appear in this task as well as unhandled fees. Reconcile fees shows any fees collected via the payment gateway, such as application fees and registration fees.
Managers and staff can mark each payment as Handled to acknowledge that the payment has been reviewed.
View and handle application fees:

From the persona menu, select Enrollment management.

Head to Admissions, Admissions management, and then select Reconcile Fees.

Use the filers on the right side to show fees from a specific date or the various credit card statuses and reconciled fees. These include:

Reconciled: Unhandled and Handled

Credit Card Status: Waived, Failed, Successful.

Select Handle to manage open fees.
Admissions managers and staff can also use the "Processed Transactions with Student Details" and "Processed Credit Card Transactions" reports to view/print/export information about the credit card payments for the online application.
