Tests
The test scores channel contains basic information in regard to a candidate’s scores, including the test date, test type, score and any comments. Admissions managers are able to pull several reports that include a candidate’s test scores.

From the persona menu, select Enrollment management.

Under Admissions, Admissions setup, select Tests, then choose Add.

Enter the Test Description, Test Type, Sort Order, and Add Sub Test if needed.
Note: The only Test Type option is SSAT. If that doesn't apply, this field can be left alone.

If Sub Tests are needed, enter the Sub Test Description and Sort Order. There is a trashcan icon as well if you need to remove the added Sub Test. Keep in mind that once deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Choose Add Sub Test to continue addng more or Save to finish.
Previously created Tests appear in a list sorted by creation date. Admissions managers can edit them as well as delete them as long as scores have not already been recorded.
Warning: There's no way to delete a Test once scores have been saved or it is being used on a transcript.
