Activity Leaders

Activity leaders are the leaders of their activity section page. Students can be listed as activity leaders as well, but they will not be able to take attendance if attendance is enabled.

Add activity leaders:

Under Extracurricular, select Activities and then Requests and schedules.
From here, select Activity leaders.
Find an activity section by selecting a School Year or using the Category Description Search. Select Add (New) next to the appropriate activity section.
Use the filter options to find the user and select Search.
Move the constituent to the Added Users column.
Select Next.
Choose the activity leader type and determine if the user will be the Head activity leader.
Establish if the user should have the activity leader role.

Note: Only employed users can be members of this role.
Select Save & Exit.

To update or remove activity leaders:

Under Extracurricular, select Activities and then Requests and schedules.
From here, select Activity leaders.
Find an activity section by selecting a School Year or using the Category Description Search. Select Edit next to the appropriate activity section.
To change the activity leader type:
- Select Edit next to the user.
- Choose the appropriate activity leader type and select Save & Exit.
To update the Head activity leader:
- Change the Head button to the appropriate user.
- Select Update Head.
To delete an activity leader:
- Select Delete next to the user.
- Select OK in the confirmation window.
