Enroll Group - Athletics

Athletic group managers can add a group of students to several teams at once.

Enroll a group of students:

  1. From the persona menu, select Extracurricular.

  2. Under Athletics, select Athletics setup, then Enroll group.

  3. Use the filter options to find the appropriate students.

  4. Move the students from the Search Results to Added Users.

  5. Select Next.

  6. Select the seasonthat contains the teams to which the students will be added then Next.

  7. Enter the enrollment begin date. This is the date that the students will be officially added to the teams.

  8. Select the teams where you want the students to be added.

  9. When finished, select Save & Exit.
