Group Page Access

Group managers determine which users have access to bulletin boards, topics, assignments, and rosters.

For each type of group (classes, activities, advisories, athletic teams, communities, dorms), group managers determine access for different roles based on school level or individual classes and groups. Custom access set for an individual class or group takes priority over school level access. They also determine when access for each should start.

Tip: Don't see a group type you're looking for? You must have a manager role for a group type in order to see that group type in Group Page Access.

Changes to role access save automatically. Items with the lock icon can't be reset, removed or changed.
