Offer an Activity

Offering an Activity ties it to a school year and term. An Activity must be offered before it can be included in course requests and before sections can be created. An asterisk (*) display next to an offered Activity once requests exist for that Activity.

Note: In order to offer an activity, the school year must be published and activity terms must be created.

Offer an activity

1. From Extracurricular, select Activities, and then Requests and schedules.

2. Select Offer activities.

3. Using the filter options, choose the Term in which the activity will begin.

4. Select Offer Activities.

5. Put a check mark in the check boxes next to each activity to be offered, or select Check all.

6. When you're finished, select Save or Save & Exit.
