Opponent Contract Report

Once games have been scheduled, Athletic Group Managers can generate contracts to send to each opponent.

There are two available contracts: Opponent Contract - By Date Range (which lists all games against an opponent for a specified time period) and Opponent Contract - By Season (which lists all games against an opponent for an entire season — fall, winter, or spring).

When Athletic Group Managers create contracts, the schedule information, opponent address, and your school's address and logo are automatically included. Athletic group managers can also enter customizable text.

  1. From the persona menu, select Extracurricular.

  2. Next, select Athletics and then Athletics setup.

  3. Select Opponent contract report text, then Edit.

  4. Enter the contract text for the Full Season and/or the contract text for a Designated Period.

  5. Select Save.

  1. From the persona menu, select Extracurricular.

  2. Select Reporting, then Reports.

  3. Inside Category, select Opponent Reports under Athletics.

  4. Select Run for either the Opponent Contract - By Date Range or Opponent Contract - By Season report.

  5. Once you set the report parameters, select Generate Report.

  6. Print the report to PDF or Word, or export it to Excel.
