Scores & Highlights Overview

From the persona menu, choose Extracurricular.
From Group Finder, enter the team name. Alternatively, you can select Go to groups list to find the team name.
On the Team Page, select Enter Edit Mode.
Select "+" next to the appropriate game in the Scoreboard.
Enter the scores. Alphanumeric characters are accepted (e.g. 1st, First).

Note: If multiple opponents are listed, drag and drop the opponents into the appropriate order.
Select Win, Loss, or Tie.
If you want to alert constituents that the scores have been posted, select Send Notification.
To add a highlight, you'll need the information below:
- Headline: Enter the news story headline.
- Author: Enter the news story author.
- Allow Comments: If enabled, select this option to allow constituents to post comments about the highlight or game.
- Brief Description: Enter a short introduction for the news story.
- Long Description: Enter the full news story.
- Photos: Add game photos by browsing files on your computer or dragging and dropping them into Drag Photos Here.
- Publish/Expire: Enter when the highlight should be posted to (or removed from) the website.
- Add More: Choose if the highlight should appear in additional locations.
Once you're finished, select Save.

Enter game scores and highlights from the Athletic Event Management page

From the persona menu, choose Extracurricular.
Go to the Dashboard and select Athletic Events.
Using the Date Picker, select the appropriate day.
Next, go to Scoreboard and select the game you wish to update.
Enter the scores. Alphanumeric characters are accepted (e.g. 1st, First).

Select Win, Loss, or Tie.

Available Win/loss reports

We have two reports available that outline a team's record. These reports are End of season results - by team and End of season - team summary. Both reports provide a break down of each game along with the teams overall record, however the End of season - team summary also includes team highlights and accolades. These can be found under the Team reports subcategory under the Athletics category.
