Course Request Rollover

Online signup managers can roll over the course request settings (e.g. signup dates, minimum and maximum number of course requests).

  1. To do this, select Core, System tools, and then Master rollover.

  2. Select the year from which you are copying the data, and then select the year to which you are adding the data.

  3. Select View.

  4. Under Online Signup, select Run next to the appropriate school level.

  5. Select the items you wish to rollover. If the School Years are set up correctly, you should see a list of values you can select to roll over. Otherwise, select Edit to be taken to the Years & terms area to finish setting it up.

  6. Select Next. Then review the items that are included in the rollover.

  7. Select Save & exit.
