Items to Review on Dashboard

In Academics, select Home to open the Academics Dashboard.

Depending on your role at the school, you may see the number of course requests, infractions, or official notes awaiting your approval under Items to review. Select a number to access further details.

Select a number under Course requests to open Approve course requests & recommendations. From there you can select the edit icon beside a student's name to edit, approve, or add new requests and recommendations.

  • Students ready to approve: Opens a list of students with the required minimum number of Course requests that are awaiting approval.

  • Students without enough: Opens a list of students without the required minimum number of Course requests that are awaiting approval.

Select a number under Official Notes to open Approve official notes. From there you can review notes about students from teachers and staff.

  • Ready to approve: This opens Approve official notes with the filters set to show students with Official notes that are pending approval.

    Tip: The date range on this screen will default to the past week. This means some Official notes might be missing from view. Change the date range then select View as needed to view all Official notes pending approval.

  • No approval required filed today: This opens Approve official notes with the filters set to show students with Official notes that do not require approval for the current date.

Select a number under Infractions to open Review infractions. From there you can approve and deny students' infractions, as well as consequences and comments associated with them.

  • Ready to approve: Opens a list of students with infractions that are awaiting approval.

  • No approval required filed today: Opens a list of students with infractions that occurred today.

Drafts of infractions will not appear here. If you have saved a draft of an infraction and would like to edit it, either go to the Conduct section of a student's profile (in Academics) or go to the Conduct tile (in Faculty view) and select the number beside Infractions reported by me today.
