Display Awards on Transcript

Grading Managers can choose to have awards display on the transcript. Please note that these options are only available to schools who have both Grading and Awards installed.

To add awards to the transcript:

  1. From the persona menu, select Academics.

  2. Select Grades and then select Transcripts Setup.

  3. Select Transcript Builder.

  4. Choose Edit next to the Transcript for which awards should be added.

  5. Under the awards section, choose the publish options for displaying awards and if it should display the award description.

  6. Choose Save & Exit.
