Grant Awards

Award managers can grant awards either via a student's Academic Profile or via the Manage Awards page in Academics. Awards are associated with a group type (academic, activity, advisory, athletic, or dorm) as well as with a specific school year and term.

By default, any user with the Award manager role can grant and edit awards. An administrator with access to Manage Roles in Core can enable any role to perform these tasks by selecting the tasks Manage Awards, Delete Award, Edit Award, and Record Awards.
