Handle, Print & Export Inquiries
Inquiry managers can process inquiries and mark them as handled. Inquiries should be marked as handled when a school has finished processing them. Handled inquiries are stored in the database but will not come up in the list of new inquiries. Inquiry managers can also create a custom export for the inquiry data.
Warning: Do not complete these steps if Enrollment Management is installed.

Select School website, Content , Inquiry , and then Process inquiries.

Select the form you want to process, then View.

Locate the prospective student's name and then use the inquiry option.

If necessary, Edit lets you make changes to any of the fields. Select Save when done.

Select the student's name and then Update to mark the inquiry as handled.
Note: To print individual or all inquiries, select Word or PDF.

Select School website, Content , Inquiry , and then View handled inquiries.

Choose the form you'd like to use and then enter a date range from the search filter channel and select View.

Next, select View next to the inquiry.

If necessary, select Edit next to the inquiry and then Save when done.
Note: To print individual or all inquiries, select Word or PDF.

Select School website, Content , Inquiry , and then Export.

Next, select Add new export.

Complete these fields:

Options

Short description: enter the name of the export, i.e. Summer School Inquiries.

Export format: select the export format: .csv, .xls, or xml.

Include header in export file: enable this option to include the column header in the export.

Inquiry categories to export: enable to have the inquiry forms included in the export.

Handled status: select to export not handled, handled, or all inquiries.

Post export processing: enable this option to automatically mark all not handled inquiries as handled after exporting. Checking this option is recommended to prevent duplicate inquiries from being exported.

Columns

Enable include to include them in the export.

Updates column headers. For example, you can change M or F to Gender.

Update the sort order of the columns in the export.

Select Save & exit then Run.

Open or save the file. The screen shows the date that the inquires were last exported.
