Notification History

A platform manager can view all notifications sent out per category during a 30-day span.

1. From Core, select Communication, Notifications, and then Notification history.

2. Choose the category you would like to view history for, enter the date range and select View.

3. A graph will appear showing the number of notifications sent per day. When the hyperlinked numbers in the Text, E-mail, and Total columns are selected, you'll see details about the notifications that were sent including the user's name, e-mail/text enabled device, and date and time.
