To take advantage of the QuickBooks desktop export, you must first set up your eTapestry database to track the information QuickBooks requires.
First, set up funds in eTapestry to indicate how each gift is used. Refer to Funds for QuickBooks Desktop.
Then, based on how your QuickBooks desktop database is set up, you may need to create one or more user-defined fields. Refer to User-Defined Fields for QuickBooks Desktop.
