Accounts Summary

Under Accounts, Summary from Analysis, Dashboards, you can — at a glance — review metrics for accounts, such as actual amount spent vs. an account's budgeted amount, based on the filters you select.

Actuals displays the total amount of money spent for a budget scenario with a specific account category, based on the filters.

Budget displays a budget scenario's total amount of allotted money for a specific account category, based on the filters.

% used displays a percentage to represent how much of the budget scenario has been used (Budget divided by Actuals), based on the filters.

Budget vs. actuals displays a bar graph to represent how much of the budget scenario has been used (Budget divided by Actuals), based on the filters.
