Payables Summary

Under Payables, Summary from Analysis, Dashboards, you can — at a glance — review invoice metrics, such as invoice balance and any credits from vendors, based on the filters you select.

Invoice balance displays the total amount of money to be paid — from invoices — based on the filters.

Credit memo is the total amount of money a vendor owes your organization based on the filters.

Note: This total only reflects vendors associated with invoices in the selected timeframe.

Invoices displays the total number of unpaid invoices based on the filters.

Vendors displays the total number of vendors associated with unpaid invoices based on the filters.
