ID displays the project ID. When including all projects in your report, you can use the ID to quickly find a specific project.
Description is pulled from the Project description filter. When including all projects in your report, you can use the description to quickly identify a specific project.
Starting balance displays the beginning balance based on the Post date filter.
Revenue displays income — such as tickets sales or tuition — associated with the project.
Expenses displays money used to pay for a service or product — such as office or administration supplies — associated with the project.
Gifts displays income — such as donations — associated with the project.
Transfers displays the amount of money moved between entities — such as funds — associated with the project.
Net change displays the total amount of income vs. expenses and transfers associated with the project.
Ending balance displays the ending balance — after activity such as revenue or expense has been calculated — based on the Post date filter.
