When you analyze the performance of your organization's financial efforts in Analysis, Dashboards, the metrics under Receivables include all receivables by default. To include only those that meet specific criteria, such as a post status or related clients, use the filters.
Tip: These filters are cumulative, so imagine an "and" between each. For example, if you specify both a date due (range) and a post status, you can analyze receivables that meet both criteria.
To analyze receivables during a specific time frame, select the date range of the receivables to include in the Date due filter and select Apply.
To analyze receivables based on a specific post status, such as Not yet posted, select one or more statuses in the Post status filter and select Apply.
To analyze receivables associated with specific clients, select one or more clients in the Client filter and select Apply.
Tip: To reuse frequent filter selections, save their view to easily apply them in the future. For more information, see Saved View of Analytics.
