To maintain an accurate picture of your organization's accounts receivable efforts, it is important to track incoming payment activity for a given time period. Whether payments are expected or past due, understanding the amount of funds owed to your organization (and when) is critical. To quickly assess receivables activity, select Receivables from Analysis, Dashboards for a dashboard of key metrics.
Tip: When you add a dashboard, you can enter a nickname to help you easily identify and work with it. For more information, see Manage Dashboards.
Note: When you apply a filter, all metrics in the dashboard are updated. For more information, see Receivables Analysis Filters.
Under Summary, you can — at a glance — review receivables metrics, such as outstanding balance and the total amount billed to clients, based on the filters you select. For more information, see Receivables Summary.
Under Aged accounts receivable, you can analyze funds owed to your organization based on the filters you select. For more information, see Aged Accounts Receivables.
Under Receivables, you can analyze funds owed to your organization based on payment status and post status. Use the Outstanding receivables list to review each receivable by due date. For more information, see Receivables.
