Bank Accounts

In Treasury, Bank accounts, you can review existing bank accounts and add new ones. Use a bank account's menu to open a register, print checks, or view and edit an account.

Tip: To choose which information to view, select Columns, choose details to include, and select Apply changes. If necessary, drag and drop the headers to reorder each column.

To quickly locate the bank account you want, use search . You can also select Filter to minimize the list of displayed accounts or Export to export the list to an Excel .XLSX file.

When you use Yodlee to enable bank feeds, you connect your Financial Edge NXT bank accounts to the online bank accounts of your financial institutions. Once you link accounts, you can automatically download and match transactions from your online bank accounts to transactions in Financial Edge NXT. Additional features and options display to help you manage bank feeds.

Note: We partner with Yodlee, a third-party financial aggregator, to ensure secure online account information and easy reconciliation, quick access to transactions and their statuses, and up-to-date bank account balances in Financial Edge NXT.

  • Use Manage feeds to add online bank accounts and link them to Financial Edge NXT bank accounts.

  • Use the Continue linking banner at the top of the list to finish linking accounts.

  • In the list of bank accounts, use the row's menu to open bank feeds for a specific bank and refresh the list of transactions from Yodlee.

Use bank account columns to display important information from your bank feeds.

  • Display Bank feed, Last refreshed, and Online balance to quickly view linked bank accounts, the date online transactions were most recently downloaded, and the online balance amount.

  • Display Current balance to open a bank account's register and Unmatched transactions to view and select the number of unmatched, online transactions. You can then manually match and clear these transactions with transaction records in Financial Edge NXT.

  • Display Online status to determine if the bank account in Financial Edge NXT is actively linked to an online account for use with Yodlee or if it "Needs attention." When a bank needs attention, you must take additional steps to successfully link the account to one online. For example, it's possible you need to select a checking or savings online account or you may need to update credentials for the online bank.
