Bank Accounts

The Bank accounts list in Treasury displays all bank accounts you have in the system. From here, you can access existing bank accounts and add new bank accounts. Use a bank account's menu to open the register, print checks, or view and edit the account.

Tip: To choose which information to view, select Choose columns, choose details to include, and select Apply changes. To reorder columns in the list, drag and drop the headers.

To quickly locate the bank account you want, search or filter the list.

  • To open the record of a specific bank account, enter the name in the search field and select it in the results.

  • To view only bank accounts that share specific criteria such as type or status, filter the list. Once you set your filters, select Apply filters. For information, see Bank Account Filters.

Tip: To export the list to an Excel .XLSX file, select Export to Excel.
