Credit Card Account Records
The credit card account record stores all the credit card account information you need to track and manage, such as active cards, credit limits, liability accounts, and balances. From the credit card account, you can add alerts and adjustments, open the register, and close accounts.
Detailed information about the credit card account appears in tiles on the record. You can open and close these tiles to view or hide information. Tile information and actions are described below.
Active cards displays all the credit cards associated with this credit card account, including the last for digits of the card and cardholder. You can also mark cards inactive using the menu next to the card.
To add additional cards and from this tile when you select Add credit card .
Adjustment categories displays the adjustment categories associated with the credit card account. The grid displays the adjustment category, type, and amount. From here, you can also add adjustment categories. For more information about adding adjustment categories, see Adjustment Categories.
History displays all changes made to the credit card account, including date, what changed, and who changed it.
Notes displays any notes you've created for the credit card account.
To add notes to the credit card account, select Add note. For more information, see Notes and Actions.
From the Attachments tile on a credit card account, you can upload or link to files you want attached to the account - such as images, PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and other files. For more information about media, see Attachments.
Use adjustments to record credit card account transactions such as interest earned, service charges, balance adjustments, and transfers between accounts. To add an adjustment, select Add an adjustment on the credit card account action bar. For more information about adjustments, see Credit Card Adjustments.
Tip: You can also add an adjustment from the credit card account's register.
To close a credit card account, select Close account from the credit card action bar. When you close a credit card account, the Status column in the Credit card accounts list displays "Closed." You can still edit account information even though it is not active.
To delete a credit card account, select Delete from the credit card action bar. You can delete credit card accounts only if there are no recorded transactions for the account. If you delete a credit card account already linked to Yodlee, the account and all associated unrecorded transactions are removed from Credit card activity page.
