Design a Chart Template

A chart template is a visual representation of all, or selected, accounts from the general ledger. You design chart templates for Balance sheets and Income statements from the left hand panel of the Add a template form. Use the context menus next to each line to build and design your report.

Tip: In the database view, you can open an existing template and select Save as to create an editable copy of the template.

We recommend you familiarize yourself with the options available on the context menu accessed in the tree view of the left hand panel. Use these options, along with the "drag and drop" functionality, to build your chart template.
