Invoice Filters

To access invoice filters, select Filters from the action bar above the list. These filters make locating invoices easier and faster, and are also useful in creating specific lists of invoices. For example, you can create a list of invoices based on the invoice status, balance or date.

Available invoice filters:

Invoice

  • Invoice date

  • Invoice balance

  • Invoice amount

  • Invoice post date

  • Invoice status

  • Invoice post status

Vendor

  • Vendor name

  • Location

Payment

  • Payment method

  • Bank account

History

  • Date last changed

  • Last changed by user

  • Date created

  • Created by user

Custom fields (custom filters you created)

Once you set your filters, select Apply filters. To clear your filters, select Clear all filters.
