To access purchase order filters, select Filters from the action bar above the list. These filters make locating purchase orders easier and faster, and are also useful in creating specific lists of purchase orders. For example, you can create a list of purchase orders based on the purchase order status, amount or date.
Available purchase order filters:
Status (Open purchase order, Unprinted cancellation notice, Unprinted purchase order, Unprinted change order, Reprint order, Canceled order, and Closed order)
Type (Regular, Blanket, or Template)
Date last changed
Last changed by user
Created by user
Custom fields (custom filters you created)
Once you set your filters, select Apply filters. To clear your filters, select Clear all filters.
