Reject Transactions

You can choose to reject any credit card transactions that you don't want to record. For example, you wouldn't want to record fraudulent transactions or any personal expenses not paid by your organization. In these instances, you can select Reject on the Credit card activity page.

  1. From the Credit card activity page, select the charge you want to reject from the list.

  2. At the bottom of the page, select Reject.

  3. Select a reason to reject the transaction from the drop-down menu. You can also add any notes you want associated with the rejection. For example, "Fraudulent transaction" or "Personal expense."

  4. Select Save. Rejected transactions remain in the transaction list, and are not deleted.
