Alert Recipient Report
The Alert Recipient Report lists all recipients (individual legislators and others) of messages, public comments, or calls in response to a specific alert (or to alerts associated with a specific issue). The report provides the name of each recipient, the recipient description (such as position held), the federal or state district represented (where applicable), and the number of responses received by each.
Use the Alert Recipient Report to show:
Recipients of an alert by name
Recipients of all alerts associated with a specific Issue, again by name
Federal or State Districts represented by the recipients, where applicable
Description of each recipient, such as position held
Number of Emails received by each recipient
Number of Faxes received by each recipient
Number of Printouts received by each recipient
Number of Calls received by each recipient
State of residence of each recipient
