Analyze alert responses with the Advocacy Analysis Report. Review results with a pie chart, bar chart, or table.
Click the headings of the data table in each report to project different data onto the charts from the same report. For example, using a State, City, and Zip dimension for the report, you could project either the responses received by state or the responses received by city onto the chart provided.
Analyze alerts across different drill-down categories. For example, you can analyze your alerts by:
Alert Name, Recipient Type, and Recipient Name and determine the number of messages sent to each recipient (such as a Senator or a CEO) targeted by one or more alerts.
State, City, and ZIP to determine the number of responses to one or more alerts by State, or by Zip Code, or by City.
State, Federal District ID, and ZIP to determine the federal district that solicited the most responses to an alert.
Donor Status to see if your donors are more likely to respond to your alerts than non-donors.
Source Code to determine the source of responses including Email and Forwarded Email messages.
View a variety of alert data in either a pie chart or bar chart format. The charts can be saved as GIF images, which may be useful for staff or board presentations or for posting on your site.
