Transaction Reports in Report Writer

Transaction Reports display financial transactions including donations, ticket purchases, eCommerce purchases, sustaining gifts, and TeamRaiser registrations. The reports include transactions entered or processed offline but don't distinguish between online and offline transactions.

Note: The reports do not include refunded gifts.

You can configure the reports to display each transaction by Billing Name and provide detailed billing information for each transaction. You can also include the Campaign, Event, or eCommerce Store associated with each transaction, any Discount associated with the transaction, and the Confirmation Code for each transaction.

Choose whether you want all transactions, transactions from a time frame, or transactions associated with a specific donor.

Note: The reports do not show transactions for any campaigns, events, or stores for which the administrator does not have reporting permission.

Use the Transaction Reports to show:

• Billing Information vs. Contact Information

• Confirmation Codes associated with each transaction

• Discounts associated with each transaction

• Tax-deductible vs. non-tax-deductible portions of transactions (downloaded report only)

• Transactions associated with a Merchant Account

• Transactions associated with a Tender Type
