Disable an autoresponder from automatically sending for a TeamRaiser event

Note: If you do not set a date for an event (for example, in the case of a virtual event), no autoresponders will be sent.

  1. From the top of any Administrator page, click Fundraising > TeamRaiser.

  2. On the TeamRaiser List page, click Edit from the Action column of the appropriate event.

  3. Click the Manage Autoresponders task.

  4. In the Autoresponders list, click Disable from the Actions column of the appropriate autoresponder.
