Action List Filters

When you work with a list of actions, you can select Filters to view and manage only those that meet specific criteria, such as to prioritize overdue phone calls. After you choose the criteria of the actions to include, select Apply filters.

Tip: To remove the filters and include all actions assigned to you and added to constituents you manage, select Filters and then Clear all filters.

These filters are cumulative, so imagine an "and" between each. For example, if you specify both a status and an assigned fundraiser, you can create a list of past due actions assigned to you.
