Address Search

To help you quickly enter address information, a list of potential matches appears when you begin to enter information in the Address field on a constituent record. The list also appears when a person enters an address in a Raiser's Edge NXT donation form.

Tip: Raiser's Edge NXT uses map coordinates to suggest addresses, so details such as apartment numbers and ZIP Codes may be incomplete. To ensure accuracy, review addresses carefully and, if necessary, update them with additional details.

Note: If a donor enters an international address through a donation form and the country isn't configured in the database view, Raiser's Edge NXT adds the country to International in Configuration. The new country uses the address fields for the United Kingdom and saves data in the County table. For more information see Set Up Address Formats.
