AddressFinder

To help keep your contact information up-to-date, you can use AddressFinder in the database view. AddressFinder provides the most current address information for your constituents from United States Postal Service (USPS) National Change of Address (NCOA). In addition, AddressFinder can update addresses with standard USPS formats and abbreviations to help ensure delivery of your mailings. By keeping your constituents' addresses accurate and up-to-date:

• They continue to receive your mailings and stay engaged with your mission.

• You avoid wasteful and costly returns of Undeliverable As Addressed.

• You help ensure quality NXT wealth ratings and analysis from Target Analytics, a division of Blackbaud.

Tip: We recommend you submit address information — for all or selected constituents — through AddressFinder on a quarterly basis.

In the database view, you can use AddressFinder from Data Health Center.

• To submit addresses for updates, select Submit your data for AddressFinder.

• When your updated addresses are available, select Download update results for AddressFinder.

• To view the updated information, select Updated address report under Create reports.

• To apply the updates to your addresses, select Update data for AddressFinder.
