To help determine your constituent’s overall wealth, Target Analytics, a division of Blackbaud, Inc. automatically screens individuals and prospects located in the United States based on public assets. You can view this analysis — which includes the constituent’s overall wealth rating, their estimated assets, and how much to ask them to give — under NXT Ratings. Under Custom ratings, you can manage details your organization tracks about the constituent's wealth — such as how much they’re worth, whether they might give, when and where the data came from, and any related notes — gathered from your own research or other sources like
Tip: To view the latest wealth information for a list of constituents, select Choose columns, choose which rating categories to include, and select Apply changes. For each custom rating, you can view the date and source of its latest information.
To help prioritize ratings, system admins can configure which your organization uses throughout Raiser's Edge NXT from any constituent's record.
Admins only! Admins can set whether to include Blackbaud NXT ratings provided by Target Analytics, a division of Blackbaud Inc., in Raiser’s Edge NXT. They can also select which custom ratings appear under Ratings on constituent records (and in what order).
Note: If your organization uses more than 150 rating categories, admins can only select whether to use Blackbaud NXT ratings. To also set up custom ratings, reduce them to less than 150.
Under Ratings on a constituent’s record, select Settings .
Choose whether to show Blackbaud NXT ratings on records, lists, and work centers.
When you include them, your organization can view and filter by the wealth characteristics in lists.
Choose which custom rating categories to use in the web view and select Next.
Tip: To quickly find a custom rating, search for its name.
Sort the selected ratings in the order they should appear.
