In Fundraising, Work, fundraisers at your organization have everything they manage to cultivate relationships and gifts, such as their portfolio of assigned constituents or a list of constituents that need to be assigned to a fundraiser. On a security group’s record, you can view whether members can access Fundraising, Work and its features under Work rights.
From the record of a security group, admins can choose whether its members use Fundraising, Work, and which tabs they work with, such as if they manage constituent relationships and actions but not gifts.
Access to portfolio tab — Members can view and manage a list of their assigned constituents.
Access to gifts tab — Members can view a list of gifts received from their assigned constituents, including giving they don't receive credit for.

Access to unassigned tab — Members can view and manage a list of active constituents who aren't assigned to a fundraiser, such as to assign them to those who would best cultivate the relationships. For more information, see Unassigned Constituents.
For more information, see Work Center.
Some people — such as fundraising team managers — need to easily view or track other fundraisers' assignments. From the record of a security group, admins can choose whether its members can view Fundraising, Work as another fundraiser. With these rights, members can choose which fundraiser's portfolio and assignments to view in Fundraising, Work.
Some people may need to use information from a tab in Fundraising, Work with a spreadsheet application such as in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for analysis or offline reference. From the record of a security group, admins can choose whether its members can export a tab as a comma-separated values (CSV) file.
Tip: To help protect and control your constituents' personal data, we recommend you enable only appropriate people to export from Raiser's Edge NXT.
From Control Panel, system admins can enable users to access Fundraising and its features.
From Control Panel, select Security.

Tip: Be patient. It may take up to five minutes for security changes in Control Panel or the database view to take effect.
