When you work with a list of giving, you can select Filters to view and manage only gifts that meet specific criteria, such as to analyze the fundraising effectiveness of an appeal. To include gifts based on details such as amounts, fundraiser, or payment method, select Gift basics. After you select the criteria of the gifts to include, select Apply filters.
Under Gift amount, include only gifts of specific amounts, such as Greater than $100.
Note: If you select Between and enter only the first amount, the list includes gifts with giving greater than equal to that amount. If you enter only the second amount, those less than or equal to that amount appear.
Tip: To include $0.00 gifts, set the Gift amount filter to Less than $0.01.
Under Gift date, include only gifts from a specific time frame, such as This week or Last quarter.
Note: If you select Specific range and enter only the From date, the list includes records from that date or after. If you enter only the To date, records from that date or earlier appear.
Under Post status, include gifts based on when or whether they post to your general ledger.
Choose the time frame of the post dates to include, such as This quarter or At any time.
Choose the status — Posted, Not posted, or Do not post — of the gifts to include.
Tip: To view this information in a gift list, select Choose columns , Post status, and Apply changes.
In Lists, you can filter a list of gifts based on the fundraisers who get credit for the giving. Under Credited to, select Fundraiser, choose who to include, and select Select.
To choose from fundraisers marked as inactive, select Show inactive.
Tip: In the database view, you can mark a fundraiser as inactive from the solicitor information accessed from the Details button next to Is a solicitor on the Bio 1 tab of their constituent record.
To quickly view the fundraisers you chose, select Only show selected items.
In Work Center, the Gifts list includes all gifts assigned to you and those from constituents you manage by default. To filter giving based on who receives fundraiser credit, under Credited to, choose whose gifts to include.
To include gifts that only you receive credit for, choose Me.
To include gifts from your constituents that are credited to others but not yourself, choose Anyone but me.
To include gifts from your constituents but credited to someone else in particular, choose Someone specific, select Fundraiser, choose whose gifts to include, and select Select.
To include only gifts that aren't credited to anyone, such as for data cleanup, choose No fundraiser.

Under Credited to, include only gifts from donors who gave in the context of specific constituent codes. Select Gift constituency, choose which donor constituent codes to include, and select Select.
To choose from constituent codes marked as inactive, select Show inactive.
Tip: In the database view, you can mark a constituent code as inactive from the Constituent Codes category in Tables from Configuration.
To quickly view the constituent codes you chose, select Only show selected items.
