To locate constituents on a map, such as to identify nearby donors or plan meetings with prospects, select Map from a constituent list in Lists. Powered by Microsoft Bing, the map displays the locations of constituents — as pins — based on their primary addresses.
Note: When you add or edit a constituent's primary address, it may take up to 24 hours for their pin to appear on the map.
With the map, you can pinpoint constituents based on their primary address or another location.
When you first select Map , the map displays constituents near you, based on the wifi or location settings of your device. To view constituents near you at any time, select Locate me to focus on your personal location.
To view constituents at or near a specific location, select Location next to the search box, enter the address or location, and select Search .
To pinpoint a specific constituent, search by their name or location.
To pinpoint a constituent based on their primary address, select Constituent next to the search box, enter their name, and select Search .
To pinpoint a constituent based on another location such as their work or seasonal home, select Location next to the search box, enter the address, and select Search .
To help locate a constituent in person, select their pin and Get directions to plot the address and route from your current location in Google Maps.
Tip: To get directions on your mobile device, make sure its location services are turned on.
Tip: To pinpoint only constituents within a specific area at the location or who share specific characteristics, select Filter map or Filters , and choose the criteria of who to view. For more information, see Constituent Map Filters.
To identify the constituent at a location, select their pin to view their name and address.
When multiple constituents are in close proximity or share an address, such as a household or high-rise building, the pin displays how many are at the location. For a list of the constituents —up to 20 — at a location, select its pin.

To help navigate the map, adjust its view as necessary.
To adjust the magnification of the map, select Zoom in or Zoom out .
To view the map as a full page, select Expand . To return to the initial view, select Compress .
To help gauge distance on the map, use the scale in the lower right.
To return to the list of constituents, select List .
