When you work with a list of opportunities, you can select Filters to view and manage only those that meet specific criteria, such as to prioritize efforts for the upcoming week. To include opportunities based on their status, purpose, dates, or fundraiser, select Opportunity basics. After you select the criteria of the opportunities to include, select Apply filters.
Under Status, include inactive opportunities or only those with specific statuses.
To include opportunities marked as inactive, select Include inactive opportunities.
Note: To mark an opportunity as inactive, select Mark inactive on its record. For more information, see Opportunity Records.
To include opportunities based on where they are in your solicitation process, select Status, choose the stages to include, and select Select.
To choose from statuses marked as inactive, select Show inactive.
Tip: In the database view, you can mark a status as inactive from the Proposal Status category in Tables from Configuration.
To quickly view the statuses you chose, select Only show selected items.

Under Purpose, include opportunities based on the intent of their effort. In a list of opportunities, the purpose appears in the Opportunity summary column. To filter based on this detail, select Purpose, choose which purposes to include, and select Select.
To choose from purposes marked as inactive, select Show inactive.
Tip: In the database view, you can mark a purpose as inactive from the Purposes category in Tables from Configuration.
To quickly view the purposes you chose, select Only show selected items.
Under Date added, include opportunities based on when they're added to a constituent, such as Yesterday or Last month.
Note: If you select Specific range and enter only the From date, the list includes records for that date or after. If you enter only the To date, those for that date or earlier appear.
Under Deadline, include opportunities based on when they're due to be completed, such as Today or Next week.

In Lists, you can filter a list of opportunities based on the fundraisers assigned to manage the efforts. Under Assigned to, select Fundraiser, choose who to include, and select Select.
To choose from fundraisers marked as inactive, select Show inactive.
Tip: In the database view, you can mark a fundraiser as inactive from the solicitor information accessed from the Details button next to Is a solicitor on the Bio 1 tab of their constituent record.
To quickly view the fundraisers you chose, select Only show selected items.
In Work Center, the Opportunities list includes all opportunities assigned to you and those added for constituents you manage by default. To filter opportunities based on their assigned fundraiser, under Assigned to, choose whose efforts to include.
To include opportunities assigned to you, choose Me.
To include opportunities that are for your constituents but assigned to other people, choose Anyone but me.
To include opportunities that are for your constituents but assigned to someone else in particular, choose Someone specific, select Fundraiser, choose whose opportunities to include, and then select Select.
To include only opportunities that aren't assigned to anyone, such as for data cleanup, choose No fundraiser.
