To help identify a constituent or personalize their relationship, you can attach a photo or image — such as a selfie or company logo — at the top of their record, in place of their initials. You can use any image file — PNG, BMP, or JPG — saved locally or on your network as a profile picture.
Tip: In a constituent list, include the Profile picture column to view their initials or pictures.
To add or update a constituent's profile picture on their record:
Select the constituent's initials or profile picture on their record, and then browse to and select the new image or upload it from your phone or tablet's camera, pictures, or cloud storage account.
Browse to the image in your file explorer and move it to the constituent's initials or picture on their record or under Profile picture in a list.
Tip: In Google Chrome or Apple Safari, you can select the avatar or picture to move the image directly from a file explorer.
When you attach a profile picture, it automatically formats to a square. For best quality, use a 200px x 200px image.
To remove a constituent’s profile picture, such as if you inadvertently add an image to the wrong record, update it to a new one. In a future release, you’ll be able to delete images and revert to the constituent’s initials.
