When you work with a list of opportunities, you can select Filters to view and manage only those that meet specific criteria, such as to prioritize efforts for the upcoming week. After you select the criteria of the opportunities to include, select Apply filters.
To include opportunities based on their status, purpose, dates, or fundraiser, select Opportunity basics. For more information, see Opportunity Basics Filters.
To include opportunities based on pertinent gift amounts, select Ask, expected, & funded.
Under Ask, include opportunities based on when you made their solicitations or how much was requested.
Under Expected, include opportunities based on when you realistically intend their donors to give as a result of the effort or how much you plan to receive.
Under Funded, include opportunities based on when their donors gave in response or how much you received.
Note: If you select Specific range and enter only the first date, the list includes records with funding dates of then or after. If you enter only the second date, those with funding dates of then or earlier appear.
You can use these filters to analyze the effectiveness of your opportunities and view only those that result in more (or less) than expected or asked. For more information about these amounts, see Opportunity Funding.
These filters are cumulative, so imagine an "and" between each. For example, if you specify both a deadline and an assigned fundraiser, you can create a list of opportunities assigned to you that are due within the next week.
Tip: To remove the filters and include all opportunities assigned to you and added to constituents you manage, select Filters and then Clear all filters.
