Prospect Status: Web or Database View?

While you can save a constituent’s prospect status on the Prospect tab of their record in the database view, we recommend you manage their moves under Prospect management on their record in the web view instead. When you do, you can:

  • Quickly see how long they've been in their current status.

  • Scroll through their moves management history.

  • View and manage a full list of their previous statuses.

If you instead track a prospect's moves management on the Prospect tab in the database view:

  • You can manage only their current prospect status.

  • It may take at least 15 minutes for updates in the database view to appear in the web view.
