From Work Center, you can easily view and access all records you manage as part of your role. Think of work centers as one-stop shops for everything you need in Raiser's Edge NXT.
Tip: As you work with a list in Work Center, you can select which records and details to view, such as to focus on specific criteria. For more information, see Lists.
In Fundraising, Work, you can manage a portfolio of the constituent relationships and related activity assigned to you as a fundraiser.
Overview — Quickly gauge your overall performance across multiple areas, including tasks and interactions, assigned relationships, and goals for fundraising efforts. For more information, see Fundraising Work Center Overview.
Portfolio — View and manage your assigned constituent relationships. For more information, see Constituents.
Gifts — View gifts received from your assigned constituents, including giving you don't receive credit for. For more information, see Gifts.
Actions — View and manage your assigned tasks and interactions, and other fundraisers' actions with your assigned constituents. For more information, see Actions.
Opportunities — With Prospect Research Management, view and manage your assigned opportunities to cultivate major donor relationships and secure major gifts, and other fundraisers' efforts with your assigned constituents. For more information, see Opportunities.
Unassigned — View and manage active constituents who aren't assigned to fundraisers, such as to delegate them to those who would best cultivate the relationships. For more information, see Unassigned Constituents.
Note: To help you get a jump on your day, fundraisers with access to Work Center automatically start there when they sign in to Raiser's Edge NXT. Otherwise, you start on Home.
If you can access others' work centers as a fundraising manager or other supervisor, select Change fundraiser to choose whose portfolio to view. To view everyone's portfolios, choose All fundraisers.
