Work Center

In Fundraising, Work, you can easily view and access all records and relationships you manage as a fundraiser. Think of your work center as the one-stop shop for everything you need in Raiser's Edge NXT.

Tip: As you work with a list in your work center , you can choose which records and details to view, such as to focus on specific criteria. For more information, see Lists.

Under Overview, you can quickly gauge your overall performance across multiple areas, including tasks and interactions, assigned relationships, and goals for fundraising efforts. For more information, see Work Center Overview.

Under Portfolio, you can view and manage your assigned constituent relationships. For more information, see Constituents.

Under Gifts, you can view gifts received from your assigned constituents, including giving you don't receive credit for. For more information, see Gifts.

Under Actions, you can view and manage your assigned tasks and interactions, and other fundraisers' actions with your assigned constituents. For more information, see Actions.

With Prospect Research Management, under Opportunities, you can view and manage your assigned opportunities to cultivate major donor relationships and secure major gifts, and other fundraisers' efforts with your assigned constituents. For more information, see Opportunities.

Under Unassigned, you can view and manage active constituents who aren't assigned to anyone, such as to delegate them to those who would best cultivate the relationships. For more information, see Unassigned Constituents.

Note: To help you get a jump on your day, fundraisers with access to Fundraising, Work automatically start there when they sign in. Otherwise, you start on Home.

If you can access others' work centers as a manager or other supervisor, select Change fundraiser to choose whose portfolio to view. To view everyone's portfolios, choose All fundraisers.
