Donation Forms Style

You can change the look and feel of a donation form to reflect your organization's branding and message. From Tools, Donation form designer, add or edit a form. Under Form, Form designer, select the area of the form to customize under Style.

To change the style of basic text and labels for the form, under Style, select Body to adjust the font name, size, and color.

Note: Changes to font name in the body will change button text.

To change the style of headings on a donation form, under Style, select Headers and adjust the font name, size, and color.

Tip: To match the form's header font with the body, under Font, select Use font from body. This doesn't apply to the font size and color.

To change the style of all dividers on a donation form, under Style, select Divider and adjust the line type, thickness, and color.

To change the style of the one-time gift and recurring gift buttons, under Style, select Frequency buttons and adjust the font size and colors.

Note: Changes to font name in the body will change button text.

To change the style of the gift amount buttons on a donation form, under Style, select Gift amount buttons and adjust the font size and colors.

To change the style of the consent opt-in and opt-out buttons, under Style, select Consent buttons and adjust the font size and colors.

After the donor chooses their payment information, they select the payment button to proceed to checkout. To change the style of the button, under Style, select Payment button and adjust the font size and colors.

Note: To change the font family for the submit button, under Style, select Body to adjust the font name.

After the donor selects Pay Securely, they enter their credit card information through Blackbaud Checkout. To style Blackbaud Checkout select Style, Checkout.

  • Use Font to select a font family for the header and footer text. These changes do not affect any text entered by the donor.

  • Use Font color to change the color of the payment amount, buttons, and the footer text.

  • Use Primary color to change the color of the buttons, footer, and the highlighted areas around selected fields.

  • Use Secondary color to change the background color of fields with a validation error.

Note: You cannot change font size for Blackbaud Checkout.
