Create a standalone Web page

Create this type of page when you need to quickly create a Web page.

  1. Select Content >Stand-alone Webpages.

  2. In the resulting page, click New.

  3. In the New Webpage window, perform the following steps:

    1. For Webpage Name, enter a name for the Web page.

    2. For Description, enter a brief description for the Web page.

    3. ForEvent Record Access, the System: All Records and System: My Records will be selected if you are permitted to create or modify records in the CRM database.

    4. Owner shows the name of the person logged into Sphere, and the person who is assigned ownership of this Web page.

  4. Click Submit. The Content Editor appears so that you can add text and graphics to the Web page.

  5. Add text and graphics to the Web page.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Click Preview to see what the new page looks like.

  8. If you are satisfied with the Web page, click Finish. Otherwise, make any necessary changes.

  9. Confirm that you want to close the Content Editor. The new page is added to your list of Web pages. You can view the page in a browser window.
