Will single sign-on work with a Gmail account?

Yes, you can create a Blackbaud ID using a Gmail account. If you use Gmail and need access to Odata or API connections, we recommend logging in using Blackbaud authentication instead of Google authentication. (See image below.)

If you don't need to access Odata or API connections, you're fine to use Google authentication for your Blackbaud ID account.

Note: If you already authenticated using your Google account, but want to switch to using Blackbaud authentication, follow these steps.

Note: If you use Google or Gmail to log in, you must access your Google account to change your password.
