Blackbaud K-12 has integrated with Naviance to provide students with single sign-on (SSO) access into Family Connection, a Web-based, student success planning solution for schools and districts. For more information, refer to the Naviance website.
The integration is a Single Sign-On (SSO).
The integration is currently only for students.
Enable the integration, enter your Naviance account information, and select the participating grad years.
Go to Core.
Select Naviance Settings and Edit.
Enter all necessary information and Save.
Ensure student profiles have been linked correctly.
Go to Core.
Choose Settings and Integrations.
Select Naviance User Matching.
Search by match status, name, and grad year.
Manage the Naviance link category.
From onMessage select Content and then Links.
Search for and select the link category.
Edit the link.
Note: If content is managed outside of onMessage, go to Core > Communication > Content Types.
Publish the link to your school's users in a location that is easily accessible, such as the Resource Board.
