About Mark
As Vice President of Product Management, Interactive Solutions, Mark is responsible for driving the portfolio strategy and product direction for our portfolio of online fundraising and marketing solutions. His portfolio includes Luminate Online, Sphere, NetCommunity, Blackbaud Internet Solutions and Online Express, which collectively serve over 9,000 non-profit organizations. Over his career, Mark has combined nearly 20 years of Internet and non-profit industry experience together across multiple departments including sales, marketing, services, support, and product management. Areas of thought leadership expertise have included peer-to-peer fundraising, crowdfunding, federated non-profits, SaaS, social media, and online advocacy. Mark has been fortunate to directly work with some of the largest nonprofits in the industry, such as American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and Arthritis Foundation, helping them to develop and expand successful online fundraising and marketing programs. He received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Duke University and a master’s degree in engineering from Stanford University.
