You can configure and make a Gift Service Center available to donors who make recurring or installment gifts that enables them to make modifications to their gift information and payments directly from their constituent account.
You can modify the default text that displays on the Welcome page of the Service Center as well as select the self-service options available, including enabling them to:
Modify their billing information such as credit card number
Discontinue all remaining payments, which cancels this gift
Skip their next scheduled payment
Change the amount of their gift
Change their date on which the payments will be processed
Depending on the options enabled, the Gift Service Center can contain multiple pages. You can modify the text labels, instructions, and section headings on the Gift Service Center pages after creating the Gift Service Center itself.
Note: The gift service centers are slightly different for the donors who use Online Giving donations forms and Donation Classic donation forms.
